Our next annual report: What would you like us to include?

All NHS Trusts are required to publish an annual report each year. We want to produce a report that is informative and useful. It will help us achieve this if you tell us what sort of information you would like it to include. We would like you to tell us:

  • what you would like included

  • what you think about the current report content and format

  • how you prefer to receive the annual report and other key documents (eg: by email or a different format or language)

Let us know your views: Contact us by email or phone us on 01903 205111 ext 4038.
