Many of our patients and their relatives are kind enough to take the time to compliment hospital staff and volunteers on the standards of service and care they provide.
We appreciate all your comments and try to share them as widely as possible around the hospitals - they really do give us all a lift.
This noticeboard is one way of sharing a few of the many messages of support that come into our wards and departments.
To read the letters and notes, click on the image (or use your mouse's scroll wheel) to zoom in, then 'left click and hold' to move around it.
You can also use the controls in the bottom right-hand corner of the frame. Click on 'Toggle full page' to see a bigger version of the noticeboard, for example.
If you would like to comment on any aspect of our services - good or bad - there are a number of ways in which you can do so:
By post to the ward or department concerned
Through our Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS)
Online at www.nhs.uk
By emailing communications@ wsht.nhs.uk
Or by writing to Chief Executive Marianne Griffiths
Unfortunately we aren't able to display all the compliments we receive - to give you an idea of the numbers that come in, the chart below shows the results of the quarterly plaudits and complaints audits that are reported to the Trust Board.
