Entonox Training

Aims & Objectives

  • To provide adequate information and knowledge to allow the safe delivery of Entonox® therapy to adults and children via PGD

  • To ensure Entonox® is only administered in a controlled environment where patients’ safety and comfort are key considerations

  • Achieve competency

  • This training should be updated every two years.

Who should attend:
Nurses, Midwifes and Physiotherapists. 
We welcome HCA's.

Dates 2013:

Priority is given to staff booked on the Acute Pain Management Study Day, however sessions can also be booked separately according to individual clinical needs.

How to Apply:

Applicants can book for all three sessions Acute Pain Management, Entonox & PCA, Epidural & PNB Device Training or choose a combination that suits your needs.  Please specify when booking which session(s) you wish to attend.

Cost: £100 per place for whole day, £60 for 2 sessions, £35 for 1 session
