Important information: Getting the right hospital

The Trust is based on three hospital sites in West Sussex.  Before setting out, please make sure you know which site you need to come to:

• If you are a patient, the address and contact details of the site and department you are coming to will be on your appointment letter.

• If you are visiting a patient, please check which ward they are on and the relevant visiting hours.  If you are unsure, please call main reception of the hospital you will be visiting:

• If you are sending a card or a letter to a patient, please check how to address your envelope. 

• If you are visiting a member of staff, please arrange for them to meet you at the main reception desk of the hospital concerned.
