Important information: Getting the right hospital
The Trust is based on three hospital sites in West Sussex. Before setting out, please make sure you know which site you need to come to:
- If you are a patient, the address and contact details of the site and department you are coming to will be on your appointment letter.
- If you are visiting a patient, please check which ward they are on and the relevant visiting hours. If you are unsure, please call main reception of the hospital you will be visiting:

- If you are visiting a member of staff, please arrange for them to meet you at the main reception desk of the hospital concerned.
