Pregnancy is a time to take care of yourself. If you are healthy and happy during pregnancy, you are more likely to be relaxed during the birth and after your baby is born.
Smoking during pregnancy is bad for you. It is also bad for your baby and bad for your purse. The average smoker spends £1,750 a year on cigarettes.
By stopping smoking you could have over £1,000 extra to spend during your pregnancy.
Give yourself a chance!
Evidence shows that people are four times more likely to quit smoking if they get support from local NHS stop smoking service.
