Staff accommodation at Worthing Hospital
Furnished accommodation is provided by the Trust. The aim is to offer members of staff an opportunity to rent, by means of an Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement.
This is particularly useful for members of staff who are new to the area or those on rotation who need accommodation for the interim period they will be working at the hospital. However, any member of staff is welcome to apply.
We allocate a small number of rooms on a nightly basis for short-term stays, including locum and agency staff, interviewees, and visitors to the Trust.
Please note that accommodation is allocated according to availability and it is advisable to make all enquires as early as possible.
Single rooms in Horton Court are furnished with a single bed, bedside table and reading lamp, single wardrobe, study table and chair, bookshelf, notice board and a fitted vanity unit comprising a basin, mirror, light and shaver socket.
Residents in single accommodation share a kitchen, bathroom and WC with 4/5 others.
The kitchens are equipped with kitchen units, sink, electric cooker, fridge/freezer, kettle, iron and ironing board.
Parking on site is available from Trust parking according to availability. Parking off site can be bought from the council via the Worthing Park shop with proof of tenancy.
There is a lockable bicycle store but spaces are very limited.
A laundry room is available for use by residents.
Park Road offers new purpose built accommodation furnished to a good standard, a few minutes walk from the hospital, town and beach.
All rooms have en-suite facilities with shower.
The spacious, fully-equipped kitchen/dining room opens on to a patio area.
