Western Sussex Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust runs three hospitals: St Richard’s Hospital in Chichester, Southlands Hospital in Shoreham-by-Sea and Worthing Hospital in the centre of Worthing.
Our patients are the best judges of how well we are meeting their needs – that’s why we want you to tell us about your hospital experience so we can take steps to continue improving the service we offer.
Please take a minute to complete the relevant survey for the service you have used:
The Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) is here to provide confidential support, advice and information to patients, relatives and carers about services provided by the NHS.
Please note we are unable to give clinical advice, so please contact your GP or NHS 111 if you have a medical problem.
You can contact PALS using the form below; by visiting main reception at either St Richard’s or Worthing Hospital; telephoning 01243 831822 (St Richard’s) or 01903 285032 (Worthing); or emailing PALSChichester@wsht.nhs.uk or PALSWorthing@wsht.nhs.uk
We are always very happy to receive a compliment! If you have a good experience in our care, please tell us – it’s useful to learn of good practices we may be able to introduce to other areas of the hospitals and staff really appreciate it when a patient, visitor or relative thanks them for their efforts.
You can use the form below to compliment an individual, team or service. Or click here to nominate them for our Patient First Awards
We want to make it easy for you to tell us about any problems you have so we can do our best to resolve them, learn from any mistakes and improve the way we do things in the future.
Our complaints procedure is flexible depending on what you are looking for when you complain and how we can best resolve the issues raised.
