Southlands Hospital is served by two bus stops – one on the Upper Shoreham Road and the other outside the entrance in Hammy Lane.

The number 2 and 2A services run by Brighton and Hove Buses call at both stops, while the 59 runs along the Upper Shoreham Road only.
