Facilities for visitors

Worthing Hospital has a restaurant, cafes and a shop available to patients and visitors.

The Spice of Life Restaurant

The Spice of Life restaurant is on the first floor of Worthing Hospital’s South Wing and is open from 7.15 am – 7.30 pm Monday to Friday, and 8.30 am – 6.30 pm at weekends.

Costa Coffee

Costa Coffee is now in the main reception at Worthing Hospital and opens from 7.00 am – 8.00 pm Monday to Friday, and 8.00 am – 6.00 pm at weekends, selling hot and cold drinks, snacks, sandwiches and panini.


The convenience shop Amigo is next to Costa Coffee in the main entrance at Worthing Hospital and also opens from 7.00 am – 8.00 pm Monday to Friday, and 8.00 am – 6.00 pm at weekends.

League of Friends tea bar and shop

The new League of Friends shop and tea bar is in the North Wing entrance of the hospital.

Baby changing facilities

Facilities for changing babies can be found in main reception and the paediatrics area of A&E.

Breast feeding

Breast feeding is welcome anywhere in the Trust. If a visitor needs to breast feed their baby in private, staff can be approached to find an available room.

Cash machine

A cash machine is located in the West Wing corridor.


The Worthing Hospital chapel is situated on the second floor of the East Wing and is open 24 hours a day for quiet reflection.
