Our patients are the best judges of how well we are meeting their needs – that’s why we want you to tell us about your hospital experience so we can take steps to continue improving the service we offer.
Please take a minute to complete the relevant survey for the service you have used:
The Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) is here to provide support, advice and information to patients, relatives and carers about services provided by the NHS.
We are always very happy to receive a compliment! If you have a good experience in our care, please tell us – it’s useful to learn of good practices we may be able to introduce to other areas of the hospitals and staff really appreciate it when a patient, visitor or relative thanks them for their efforts.
You can use the form below to compliment an individual, team or service. Or click here to nominate them for our Employee of the Month awards (link TBC)
We want to make it easy for you to tell us about any problems you have so we can do our best to resolve them, learn from any mistakes and improve the way we do things in the future.
Our complaints procedure is flexible depending on what you are looking for when you complain and how we can best resolve the issues raised. To talk about the options available to you, please call us on either of the following numbers:
