Jacqui Campbell

Staff Governor: Administrative and Clerical

“My name is Jacqui Campbell and I have been with the Trust now for 12 years.

Many of you know me through Information Governance but I have been in Portering as the Trust Portering Manager for over two years now.

I am an Ambassador for the Trust and very proud of working for Western.  I am a mother of two beautiful daughters and a Nannie to three grandchildren whom I adore and spend a lot of my free time with.

There are never enough hours in the day for me, I have just finished a floristry course, abseiled, ziplined and white water rafted all after suffering from Lung Cancer.  Life is for living and our NHS  needs good, loyal, hardworking people to oil the wheels so to speak.  The support and care that I receive as a Cancer patient is faultless and I salute them for holding me up during what is a difficult time being a Cancer patient.

I love our Trust and am very proud to work here and support the amazing things that we do, all the while learning about how we can do things even better.  As a staff governor and also an Ambassador, as well as a member of the local community, I am an added link between the three, enabling communication and  information sharing.

I am often accused of being very passionate about the Trust and its true, I am and very proud to be so passionate.  I support our trust values at work and in my home life too. So please be Kind, Friendly, Respectful, Compassionate, Professional and Work as a Team and life would be even better.”
