Help in making a complaint
Anyone making a complaint about their NHS treatment or care is entitled to the support of an advocate, which can range from helping to draft a complaint letter to attending meetings with you.
Advocacy services are free, confidential and independent.
To get to the advocacy support you need, please contact the service that covers the area in which you live (not the area in which you receive treatment).
